Cawas & Deenadawars

There was a time, a few years ago, when I thought my days would forever be filled only with things pink and frilly.  We had Polly Pockets, Barbie and Disney Princesses all over our house.

I think that's why it makes me genuinely happy to find match box cars (cawas in The Boy's language) and dinosaurs (aka deenadawars) lined up on my kitchen window sil.

And (dead?) lions in my pantry.

My husband says that makes me weird.

He also says my weirdness gives me character.

Hi there! Just found your blog - I'm the mom to 4 girls and FINALLY one little boy who will turn 2 soon! I'm VERY much liking that I have trucks and animal figurines added to the SEA of pink. At last count I believe we had 30+ dolls on our couch one evening. Glad to have "met" you - and look forward to reading more from you!!

How cool! Your house might be on the other side of the worlds, but it looks just like ours :) Cars and animals everywhere you look.
But I never thought of taking such cute pictures of them, I think I´m grabbing my camera right after I did laundry ;)

I know that feeling! LOL. We are deep into princesses, just starting Polly Pockets, and I am sooo glad to have a little guy to keep me semi sane with cars and dinosaurs.

Found you on Blog Frog and following now!
